Returns and Refunds Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.
To return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Various types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be officially posted.Then, contact your bank. The processing may take some time to appear.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave it to you had it shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the money and the person will be notified of your return.
Shipping and Returns
To return your product, you must mail it back.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
